Heelo Coupons Inc. (Heelo) is proud to announce a Letter of Intent (LOI) with an Ontario based marketing firm that generates in excess of $20 million in annual sales. Under the terms of the agreement, the partnership will develop an integrated system, utilizing Heelo’s technologies for the benefit of both parties. The partners intend to complete a Definitive Agreement by May 9th 2021.
About the Industry.
Last research by News Media Canada highlighted that more than 16 billion flyers were distributed in Canada during 2010. The industry is very fragmented by geographic location. And fragmented by Sales/design, printing and distribution that are often handled separately. Flyers are distributed by media companies, local newspapers and Canada Post.
